Along with her laryngology expertise, Dr Richards has fellowship training in surgical oncology from St George’s NHS London, and integrates this experience into her voice practice by providing minimally invasive and voice preserving laryngeal cancer treatment.
Dr Richards is a clinical researcher and committed member of the Australian Voice community, serving as the Vice President of the Laryngology Society of Australasia and past President of the Australian Voice Association. She is the lead surgeon at the Royal Melbourne Hospital Voice Clinic and the Neurolaryngology clinic.
