Blocked Nose

Children with a blocked nose may suffer from frequent colds, runny nose, mouth breathing, snoring or sleep apnoea. The most common cause for this in children is enlarged adenoids (tissue at the very back of the nose). It can also be caused by hay fever and allergies.
