The nose is a prominent feature of the facial structures leaving it more susceptible to trauma. Trauma can cause injuries to the bones, cartilages or soft tissues of the nose. This can lead to bleeding, bruising, a deviated cartilage or a nasal fracture causing a nasal deformity.
